Dear Valued KLR Customer,

We would like announce some important changes within the KLR Automotive Group, which includes KLR Automotive Pty Ltd and KLR Parts Pty Ltd.

As part of an efficiency drive we are refining our company focus to better serve our customers. This decision will also see us move from our current location at South Windsor effective 2 March 2026.

• KLR Automotive will now concentrate on long-term rebuilds and specialty restoration projects. This means our workshop will operate on a more focused schedule dedicated to in-depth and quality-driven rebuild services.

• KLR Parts will transition to an online-only business, allowing us to streamline parts sales and distribution more efficiently. This means from 2 March 2026 we will no longer offer over-the-counter sales.

For most of our online customers these changes will have no effect – we will continue to ship orders as normal, and we will still be contactable via the same phone and email addresses. There may be some delays over the coming weeks as we transition our business. For our local (and valued) regulars we will talk with you directly about new arrangements.

We remain committed to providing the high level of quality and service our customers have come to expect from the KLR name. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make these changes to strengthen our operations for the future.
