The large fan support bearing in the timing case of the Td5. Special tools are required to replace this bearing. If this bearing is noisy or has any freeplay it needs to be replaced immediately. If it starts to seize it will destroy the timing case.

This is a quality SKF bearing NOT a cheap aftermarket one. These are a bugger to fit; you don't want to do it twice.
