Launched in 1991, KLR Automotive is a highly successful and customer focused independent Land Rover, Range Rover & Perentie business, specialising in long-term rebuilds and specialty restoration projects.
2019 saw the launch of their KLR eCommerce Parts Website that has grown rapidly, and now ships parts all over the globe.
KLR’s social media reviews reflect the depth and level of help and expertise they give all customers and is the envy of many other establishments.
Both Matt and Brad did their mechanical apprenticeships on Land Rovers, with Matt traveling to many exciting parts of outback Australia in his many Land Rovers, and Brad driving them extensively during his time in the Australian Army. As a successful family business James Derrig (Matt’s son) is the KLR workshop manager and his extensive and specialist knowledge in Land Rovers and Range Rovers has added another level of expertise to KLR.
