Chassis rails made from 3mm S355 J2+N carbon steel; outriggers made from 3 to 8mm.  All elements are laser cut and shaped with a CNC press brake.  Rails are welded from four parts; elements that require extra strength use thicker steel (not lamination).

Additional inspection/cleaning holes are formed in all rails and outriggers (making internal flushing easy).  Mud-accumulating crevices are minimised.

And did we mention these are hot-dipped galvanised?
